Public Programs
We offer programs in Leadership, Management, Change and Learning. Our programs offer an opportunity for Leaders and Managers to work collaboratively with our facilitators and with each other.
Collaboration commences from the start, participants are involved in identifying and Co-designing specific areas they would like to see covered in the program. The program agenda is negotiated during the workshop and We build a community of learners by fostering learning networks beyond the life of the program.
Our programs focus on both ‘Doing’ and ‘Reflection’. Participants work on their real work issues at the personal, interpersonal and organisational level. Appropriate best practice examples along with leading edge frameworks and concepts are then drawn on to illuminate the issue or dilemma.
We challenge and support individuals to make real, sustainable and deep change to their behaviours.
